What is a brand manager? GOOD QUESTION … my job is to evaluate your “current brand” or your “new business idea” to identify and assess what is working well and what areas need improvement. I look at all every aspect of your business from the inside as the business owner and the outside as your customer asking question after question to understand the business and all the functions.
How you are communicating your brand? Are you are happy with it? Does it reflect your core values and what are those values? Does your name and strap-line represent what you do and is this communicated effectively to your clients? Does the look and feel of your business make you happy, proud and confident? Do you have a business plan and what research have you done on your competitors? What is the future of your business and what changes need to be made to get there?
I have developed, managed and sold a successful business and I now work businesses to managing new business set-up, financial and business advice, business coaching and mentoring, research and development. I have hands on business experience and I understand the constant challenges of owning and managing a business. I have experience dealing with a myriad of issues and I have a demonstrated ability to analyse and evaluate business challenges and identify solutions that work. I have a unique perspective on business processes and operations. I am passionate about making effective changes to enhance company culture and achieving business goals and targets.
